Well I think I shared here previously but during the whole pregnancy we asked Hannah what we should name the baby. I heard all of these cute responses that other big brothers/sisters-to-be had suggested...noodle, couch, Elmo etc. Hannah refused to cooperate...until shortly before Leah's arrival...when she decided her name should be ladybug (after first suggesting Bert!) The nasty orange ladybugs (aka stinkbugs and some kind of beetle) have been out in full force this spring and enjoy spending time in our house. Hannah gets so excited when she sees on, yelling "ladydug!" in her loudest voice and usually plays with them until they die. She also wants Andy to get them off of the ceiling...we told her she has to wait until they fly down to play. Anyway here is a mini video of Hannah with Leah after we first got home. And a bonus pic of Leah in the pjs we just HAD to buy for her.
In other Hannah news...she has discovered her name and her possession of things...everything is "Hannah's water", "Hannah's chair", "Hannah's shoes"...and she also now speaks in the third person..."Hannah hold Beah." (Beah is Hannah's word for Baby, not her mispronunciation of Leah)
